Hello everyone, we wanted to say hello, introduce ourselves, and show you what we've been working on! Boss Development is something we want to create and share with as many people as possible. We want to create a community for BOSS products, whether it's a custom web service or pre-made software, we will have all types of web products.

Meet Jeff

Hi, my name is Jeff. I'm 25, I'm American, and I currently work in the HR department for a US retail company. I have been doing freelance web services since I was 13 years old, but now I have a passion for Administrative work. Here on Boss Development, I will act as an Administrative Assistant to BOSS, where I will help market this project, assist with support tickets, discuss future project opportunities, and assist with the new BOSS Shop.

BOSS Shop

Since we've mentioned the BOSS Shop, we wanted to show off what we have been working on. The BOSS Shop is an online marketplace for all of our pre-made web products. You may ask, "Why not sell your products on other platforms?". First, we do plan to offer our pre-made products on other marketplace to increase our presence in the freelance world. However, having our own online marketplace will allow us to offer discounts, host events, and give our community lower prices for high quality web products.

Community Orientated

Our main focus for our project is that we want to remain community orientated. Our clients hold a special place in our heart, however we want to build a community centered around our products. We take community discussion very seriously and is an important part of what we do here. Our community will have special discounts, exclusive products, exclusive giveaways, and events. Along with those, we also offer premium support on various platforms for our products.

Support

We would like to offer premium support for our web products. This is why we will offer premium support on places like discord and on our website. We have built a live chat service on our website, what we call On-Site Tickets. This will allow our non-discord clients and community members to seek support much quicker than on Discord. We will also offer support on discord via our ticket bot in the 🎫・create-a-ticket channel.

We look forward to showing off more of our project. If you would like to contribute to Boss Development and the project, you may do so by giving us suggestions for new features in 📩・suggestions , give us ideas for new pre-made web products you would like to see in our marketplace, and join in on community discussion in 💬・general .
