This is a voluntary role. We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Your role:

Respond to customer tickets and queries in the Discord and online tickets
Assist customers in setting up their products, including hosting and customisation by answering questions and providing guidance

Your qualities:

Can sustain professionalism and respect when representing BossDevs
Can handle multiple customer queries at once and ensure customer satisfaction
Able to work together in a team
Minimal knowledge on how to configure and setup BossDevs products

Compensation:

After 2 weeks - Access to any free BossDevs product of your choice
After 6 months - Access to all BossDevs products free of charge
