Your role:

• Respond to customer tickets and queries in the Discord and online tickets
• Assist customers in setting up their products, including hosting and customisation by answering questions and providing guidance

Your qualities:

• Can sustain professionalism and respect when representing Boss Development
• Can handle multiple customer queries at once and ensure customer satisfaction
• Able to work together in a team
• Minimal knowledge on how to configure and setup Boss Development products

Compensation:

• After 2 weeks - Access to any free Boss Development product of your choice
• After 6 months - Access to all Boss Development products free of charge
